The proceeds from this year’s cultural show (Rivaayat: Rediscovering our Roots) are going to the Each One Teach One foundation in India. This charitable organization aims to do the following in order to promote education within the developing nation:
- Educate and Promote Education
- Extra coaching classes to enable students to cope up with regular pace thereby reducing the number of dropouts
- Computer education, and EOTO Scholarships to encourage students studying further
- Basic Support
- EOTO provides students with notebooks, uniforms
- Appropriate Support to Teachers and to Schools
- We have training programs for teachers so that they are updated with latest teaching techniques and providing quality teaching aids
- Appropriate Support to Students
- Special counseling for students and a career guidance program
- Self Development of Students
- Personality development workshops and activities such as yoga, sports are held for students
- Extra Curricular Activities
- The children are taken on an annual picnic and hobby classes are held during vacations
- Providing a Healthy Environment
- EOTO provides students with nutritious snacks and organizes health camps
